Photo and Media Policy
Event photography notice
Critical Match events may include photography or video for recaps, social media, website content, newsletters, marketing, and future event promotion. By attending an event, attendees understand that they may appear in general event media unless they opt out.
Opting out
Attendees who do not want to be photographed or publicly featured should tell the host or event team. Critical Match will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-outs, including avoiding intentional close-ups of people who have opted out.
Private moments
Match cards, intake forms, private conversations, and attendee contact information should never be photographed or published.
Venue and partner media
Venue, convention, and crowd photos may be used to promote future events when they respect opt-outs and do not expose private information. Partner venues or conventions may have their own media rules, and attendees should review venue or event policies when applicable.
Marketing use
Approved event media may be used in Critical Match marketing, social posts, newsletters, website pages, pitch decks, partner recaps, and promotional materials. Private coaching materials, match preferences, intake forms, and contact information are not marketing content.
