Event description
Neurodiversity Night is a monthly social gathering for neurodivergent adults to connect in a low-pressure, welcoming environment.
This is an informal space to unwind, be yourself, and spend time with others who understand the experience of navigating the world with a neurodivergent brain.
There’s no agenda, no expectations to perform socially, and no requirement to mask or “fit in," just a space to exist comfortably alongside others.
People are welcome to chat, play games, infodump about their interests, stim, take breaks, or simply hang out in their own way.
Hosted in collaboration with The Secret Lantern and Dr. Jamie Freda, Psy.D., clinical psychologist, this monthly event is designed to support authentic connection outside of traditional clinical or structured group settings.
Come as you are, and stay as long as you’d like!
