Hi friend! I'm Meg Litz, Founder & Director of Connection at Critical Match.

I'm a lifelong nerd. You'll find me at game stores, around a D&D table, at conventions, Renaissance festivals, and community events because these spaces have shaped some of the most meaningful friendships and experiences of my life.

Professionally, I've led operations and teams for multiple multi-million dollar organizations, spoken as a panelist at major conventions, published several books, built communities, produced large-scale events, and spent years helping people develop stronger communication skills, confidence, and relationships.

Through leadership, community building, event production, and studying human behavior, I've learned that meaningful connection rarely happens by accident. It happens when people are given shared experiences, intentional conversation, repeated opportunities to engage, and the confidence to take the first step.

Those principles became the foundation of the Critical Match Framework and continue to guide every event, workshop, partnership, and experience we create.
